Roatan Pontoon Paradise

Welcome to Roatan Pontoon Paradise. By booking a tour or charter with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

All tours and private charters must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash payments are accepted on-site for any additional services or guests added on the day of your tour.

2. Cancellation Policy

As a small business, short-notice cancellations significantly impact our operations. However, we believe in a fair approach to cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour:
    A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% transaction fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows:
    No refunds will be given.

  • Cruise ship no-dock policy:
    If your ship fails to dock, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% transaction fee.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp at +504 3339-8395 or by email to info@roatanpontoonparadise.com.

3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your tour or charter with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled departure time. We do not allow same-day changes under any circumstances.

4. Participation and Safety

All guests are required to sign a full liability waiver prior to departure. Participation in our tours requires that guests be in good physical condition, capable of safely boarding and disembarking from the pontoon vessel.

There are no age restrictions for our pontoon rides; however, adult supervision is required for minors.

5. Food and Beverage Policy

For safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations, outside food and drinks are not permitted aboard our pontoon vessels. Refreshments are provided as part of your experience.

6. Privacy Policy

Roatan Pontoon Paradise collects personal information such as names, email addresses, and contact numbers solely for the purpose of booking management, trip reminders, and post-tour feedback collection. We do not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties.

All data is handled confidentially and securely by our administrative team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roatan Pontoon Paradise and its operators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage to personal property, or unforeseen changes due to weather, illness, or transportation delays. Participation in any activity is at the guest’s own risk. All guests must comply with safety instructions provided by our staff.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Roatán, Bay Islands.
